After agreement, we create a company account with a unique code. You share this code with employees as a link (e.g. careerchoicer.com/company/YOURCODE). Employees register through the link and selected tests are automatically unlocked without payment.
The company can see individual employee results (email + score per test) and aggregated team statistics (averages, type distributions) in the dashboard. Employees consent to sharing results when registering.
Each employee actively agrees during registration that the company will see their test results. Registration is not possible without this consent.
The company package has an expiration date (typically 6-12 months). During this period, employees can register and take tests. Test results remain permanently accessible to users even after the package expires.
Each test is unlocked per user once (1 credit = 1 test for 1 user). Users can view their results repeatedly, but take the test once.
