These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the rules for using the website careerchoicer.com (hereinafter the "Website") operated by the administrator (hereinafter the "Operator"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
The Website offers online personality and cognitive ability tests based on recognized scientific models. Available tests include but are not limited to: RIASEC, 16 Personality Types, Big Five, IQ Test, Dark Triad, Emotional Intelligence, Career Values, Team Roles, Work Style, Entrepreneurial Potential, Creative Thinking, Grit, Attachment Style, and Character Strengths (VIA).
The selection of available tests may change without prior notice.
The tests on this Website are not clinical diagnostics. They serve exclusively as tools for self-discovery and personal development. Test results cannot replace professional psychological evaluation, diagnosis, or therapy. If you have concerns about your mental health, please consult a qualified professional.
The Operator is not liable for decisions made based on test results, whether related to career, education, relationships, or otherwise.
To save your test results, you need to create a user account by providing an email address and password. You may enter a fictitious email address — we do not require email verification. However, with a fictitious address, password recovery will not be possible.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. All activity performed through your account is considered yours.
You can permanently delete your account at any time in the "Account Settings" section on the My Tests page. Deleting your account will irreversibly remove all your data — test results, payment access, and email address.
Taking each test is free. Basic results (chart, summary) are available at no cost. Detailed results (in-depth profile, career recommendations, development tips) are accessible after a one-time payment.
After payment, you receive permanent access to the detailed results of that test — no subscription and no additional fees.
Payment by card or via PayPal account. The price is displayed on the payment page before confirmation. Access to results is activated immediately after successful payment.
All prices are listed in USD including applicable taxes. The current pricing is displayed on the payment page of each test. The Operator reserves the right to change prices — changes do not apply to tests already paid for.
The Operator offers companies and organizations the option of group testing for employees or students through business packages.
All content on the Website (texts, graphics, test questions, scoring algorithms, design) is protected by the Operator's copyright. Without the Operator's written consent, it is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise disseminate the content.
Individual tests are based on publicly available scientific models (Holland RIASEC, Jungian typology, Big Five IPIP-50, SD3, ICAR, etc.). The names of these models are the property of their respective authors or organizations.
The Website is provided "as is." The Operator will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and accuracy of the content but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
