Frequently asked questions

How do I give the gift?

After payment, you get a link to send, for example over WhatsApp, and a PDF gift card to print. We send nothing to the recipient.

What if the recipient already has the test?

The gift is not used up. The recipient can pass it on, for example to someone in the family. It stays valid until someone redeems it.

How long is the gift valid?

It never expires. It can be redeemed once.

Can I return the gift?

Yes. You can return an unredeemed gift within 14 days of purchase. Just write to support@careerchoicer.com. We refund the money the same way you paid.
